FREE UK P&P ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS OVER £100

 

UK ONLINE ORDERS

  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours (subject to stock availability, and acceptance of payment) Monday to Friday.
  • Orders will be dispatched by DHL or 1st Class Royal Mail -and are normally delivered between 1-2 working days. A standard P&P charge of £5.50 is applied to all orders under £100. Orders over £100 net value, i.e. after deduction of any promotional discount, will be dispatched free of a P&P charge.
  • Most orders will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a signature is not obtainable a card will be left with information on how to collect your parcel. We urge you to give business addresses as the delivery address as this will ensure someone is present to sign ensuring safe receipt of your parcel. If the attempts by the carrier to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to Glenmuir. In such cases Glenmuir is not liable to refund the freight cost.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
  • Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. In the unlikely event of any product(s) ordered not being available then the value of the product(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.
  • We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.
  • All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

ORDERS ONLINE OUTSIDE THE UK

Postage & Packing charges for international orders

  • Europe £15.00 for all orders below £60, and £10.00 for all orders above £60.
    (Delivery usually 3-4 working days)
  • Worldwide £20.00 for all orders below £60, and £15.00 for all orders above £60.
    (Delivery usually 5 working days)

All goods going to Europe and Worlwide Addresses will be posted by UPS. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability, and acceptance of payment). Delivery times are estimated and are dependant on the local postal delivery service within a specific country. Parcels will require a signature on receipt however if a signature is not obtainable a card will be left with information on how to collect your parcel. If the attempts by the carrier to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to Glenmuir. In such cases Glenmuir is not liable to refund the freight cost.

Customs & Duty

  • All products are inclusive of VAT of 15% and apply to all orders.
  • The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers' responsibility. Unfortunately Glenmuir.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.

Payment

  • All orders will be made payable in pounds sterling to Glenmuir, your bank will then charge you according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
  • Payment may only be accepted by credit card. (VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO)

Track Your Online Order

  • To track your order simply follow the steps below. Most UK orders are sent via DHL, and all overseas orders are sent by UPS.

DHL UK Tracking

  1. Click  http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ 
  2. Select Next Day by Ident Code
  3. Enter your Ident Code supplied in your dispatch email (e.g. JD0002267067032982) in the 'From Ident Code' Box and click Submit
  4. On the next page click your Ident Code to see full tracking details.

UPS Europe and Worldwide Tracking

  1. Click http://www.iship.com/trackit/track.aspx?acct=AW04XV
  2. Enter your Tracking Number supplied in your dispatch email (e.g. 1Z2F087A0496532221) in the Box and click Submit.
