An ice hockey player has been praised for his golf fashion senseFollowing the annual charity golf tournament for Canadian hockey team the Ottowa Senators, team captain Daniel Alfredsson's golf fashion has been praised by one pundit.

Chapeau Noir Golf examined Alfredsson's argyle sweater, which he wore for the event at Kanata Golf and County Club.

"Senator captain Daniel Alfredsson gave Chapeau Noir yet another reason to worship at the Church of Alfie, as the long-serving captain drew attention for his argyle sweater," said the pundit.

Situated over a white shirt and black tie Chapeau Noir praised the jumper, comparing the style to that of professional player and golf fashion icon, Ryan Moore.

Moore was also the subject of a recent blog post by Chapeau Noir, in which his decision to sport a hoodie at the BMW Championship was welcomed by the pundit.

The writer went on to claim that his attention was also caught by Alfredsson's unbranded black cap, claiming the presence of a company name would have distracted from an otherwise great outfit.
