Former US leader Bill Clinton opted for red golf apparel while enjoying a round with current president Barack Obama. He chose a bright golf shirt to go with his black slacks, with Mr Obama - who was born in Hawaii in 1961 and is now the 44th president of the country - sporting a dark rolled-up long-sleeved top with khaki trousers and a cap of similar colour.
The pair played a round at Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington and competed against one another for around four hours.
Joining the duo were Mr Obama's chief of staff William Daley and Doug Brand - long-time adviser to Mr Clinton.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest and Mr Clinton's representative Matt McKenna said of the day out: "Periodically ... they've gotten together to discuss the unique honour and extraordinary opportunity to lead this country. They were pleased to have the chance to visit once again."
