Former England international footballer Chris Waddle chose white golf apparel as he took part in a celebrity round aimed at raising money for a good cause. The ex-Sheffield Wednesday and Newcastle United player opted for a white golf shirt, complete with cap and trousers of the same colour as he took part in the event at Sickleholme Golf Club, the Star reports.
Waddle organised the tournament in a bid to generate funds for Cavendish Cancer Care - a charity he is a patron for.
Other celebrities seen on the course included Duncan Wood from ITV's Calendar and Chesterfield Football Club manager John Sheridan.
The day raised more than £4,000 for the charity, with the cash being put towards supporting cancer patients and their loved ones from diagnosis through to treatment and beyond.
Waddle said: "A huge thank you to the teams for their support and the celebrities who gave up their time."
