Colin Montgomerie will carry on wearing golf clothing until the age of 52.

Fans of Colin Montogomerie are likely to see the star wearing golf apparel for some time to come after the player revealed he will carry on performing for a good while yet.The 2010 European Ryder Cup captain vowed to keep going until 2015 - when he will turn 52 years old - despite his failure to qualify for the British Open for the first time in 22 years, the Sunday Mirror reports.
He stated his game seems to be "coming back", meaning he will be able to compete at the top level until his exemption runs out in four years' time.
The Scotsman - who turned professional in 1987 - explained external responsibilities have been distracting him from his technique of late, adding: "It's true that I'm not ¬giving 100 per cent to golf - I can't because I've got seven children, I've got the course design ¬business, TV commentary. I'm comfortable with it."
