Coloured golf apparel has been seen on a number of celebrities taking part in a recent Pro-Am event at Pebble beach.Writing for the Khaki Crusader golf fashion blog, columnist Sean Hotchkiss observed the increasing uptake of gloves in a variety of shades among attendees at the recent AT&T tournament.
He noted that golf fashion icon Ryan Moore, whom he called the number one "style barometer", has also adopted the golf apparel as part of his wardrobe and worn the fixtures in a variety of colours, including grey, black and azure.
"The gloves were also seen on numerous celebrities at Pebble Beach – prompting quite a spike in demand for the product," Mr Hotchkiss said.
He went on to express his excitement about "this seemingly obvious addition" to the market for golf apparel accessories.
