Movie fans could feast their eyes on a whole host of golf clothing the next time they take a trip to the cinema, as the 18-hole game features heavily in a new film.Seven Days in Utopia is a motion picture that combines golf and religion and even features Robert Duvall - who counts the first two Godfather films, Apocalypse Now and Deep Impact among his many credits - sporting a large golf hat.
The film is an adaptation of David L Cook's novel Golf's Sacred Journey: Seven Days at the Links of Utopia and also features Lucas Black as the main character, who wears golf clothing in many scenes when he portrays Luke Chisolm, a young competitor enduring a torrid round on the tour.
The premise of the movie sees Duvall - an eccentric rancher - give seven days of lessons to the protagonist in both golf and spirituality.
