Property developers Pelicano are offering golf apparel fans a new golfing experience.

Golf apparel wearers may be excited to learn of a new golf experience in Portugal unveiled by property developers Pelicano.The group has launched the Lisbon Coast Golf Club, a concept that combines unlimited play of the sport and the ownership of a new holiday home.
As part of the initiative, people will gain four-weeks' a year fractional ownership of an apartment, townhouse or villa for ten years.
They will be treated to unlimited free golf at six different courses and have easy access to Lisbon and its 37 nearby beaches.
Heitor Morais, sales and marketing director of Pelicano - which has an international presence in England and the Netherlands, among other countries - said: "This is a unique opportunity for any golfer who loves playing in Portugal – the chance to spend the next ten years of their life enjoying free golf at six great courses."
The industry figure added the deal can act as a great investment opportunity as participants have the option to rent out the home if they so wish.
