Former Warrington Wolves rugby player and Sky Sports pundit Brain Carney performed the honour on behalf of the organisation at a ceremony held at the London Road golf club.
The ex-winger said: "It has been a privilege to be here today to hand out the cheques to three hugely deserving charities."
