Golf fashion pundit looks at double-pocket trendA golf fashion writer has examined the increasingly popular golf apparel trend towards double pockets.

Writing in his golf fashion blog, the Khaki Crusader explored the growing trend, which he described as having a military feel.

Similarly, he said the theme promoted utility and claimed that one particularly popular interpretation of the style has been the increasingly proliferated double-pocket polo shirts.

The Khaki Crusader claimed that both chest cargo pockets and dual right-side pockets are an "effective" way for the golf fashion conscious to add a "bit of pop" to their golf apparel.

However, the golf fashion pundit went on to state that: "As far as details go on golf shirts, we've seen pretty much everything there is to see."

In a previous blog post, the Khaki Crusader examined the growing trend towards nostalgic golf attire, exemplified by the golf apparel of the US Ryder Cup team at this year's event.
