A new event in Aberdeen has been tipped to be a great spectacle and will also offer people the chance to buy golf gifts and clothing.

Scots heading to the inaugural European Golf & Leisure Show may want to make sure they have their golf clothing at the ready to ensure they look their best.The event is taking place over the weekend (February 27th to 28th) at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre and will offer fans of the sport the chance to get professional advice from players such as Paul Lawrie, meet celebrities, buy golf gifts, practice their putting and hit the driving range.
And to make sure they fit in with the rest of the crowd, attendees may want to invest in new golf trousers or fashionable golf shirts.
Speaking to the Press and Journal, event co-director George Walker said: "We have established a great line-up of exhibitors and entertainment and the weekend should offer something for everyone."
Exhibitors will include Kings Links Golf Centre, Paul Lawrie Foundation Range Bays, Murrayshall House Hotel & Golf Courses and Spear Sports Injury Clinic.
