Golf fashion is to be paraded by many at Delhi Golf Club.

Golf apparel will be worn at Delhi Golf Club.Around 700 people of varying age groups are to display their golf fashion as part of a tournament aimed at celebrating 100 years of the sport in India.

The Times of India reports that the Delhi Golf Club is to play host to the Bachelor's Cup - a week-long competition to mark the milestone.

And the venue appears to have been chosen for its historical significance to the progression of the game in the country, as it is home to the Indian Open and is part of the Asian PGA Tour.

In addition, a number of famous faces in the sport have taken to the fairways on the course, such as Payne Stewart - a player known for his eccentric choice of golf apparel - Maurice Bembridge, Peter Thompson and David Graham.

Jyoti Randhawa and Arjun Atwal both became champions while playing on the course, the news provider went on to point out.
