Green golf clothing is set to be a defining style trend this year, it has been claimed.Writing for the Khaki Crusader golf fashion blog, columnist Annemarie Dodd reported on the growing support for the colour among various brands.
She noted that "bright and crisp" shades of green have sprung up "all over the market" and made particular note of its use in "statement pieces".
Ms Dodd pointed to splashes of the colour which are appearing in a number of spring styles from major players in the golf apparel industry.
She also hailed the golf clothing choices of Suzann Pettersen, noting that her recent attire, which features hints of green, looks "clean and chic".
In a previous article for the Khaki Crusader, Ms Dodd praised the garb of Paula Creamer.
She named the female golfer as the recipient of the golf fashion blog's best dress of 2010 award.
