Industry commentator critiques PGA Tour golf fashionAn industry commentator has critiqued the golf fashion choices of players on the PGA Tour.

Writing for the Golf Channel, columnist Win McMurry noted that Rickie Fowler took to the fairways dressed entirely in pink golf clothing.

"According to Doug Ferguson when Mickelson saw his opponent clad in his pink attire he said: 'My daughter Sophia has a pair that colour too, she wears them to dance class'," she said.

However, Fowler was not the only to bring pink golf apparel with them, as English golfer Luke Donald took to the course in a pair of light pink britches.

Ms McMurry also noted that an "interesting" colour choice had been made by Phil Mickleson, who turned up in bright orange at the WGC Match Play Championships.

In a previous article for the website, the golf fashion columnist noted the wide array of attire on display at the recent PGA Merchandise Show.
