Golf clothing is to be worn by basketball hero Michael Jordan when he performs in the American Century Championship.

Michael Jordan is to be among the numerous high-profile names sporting golf apparel competing in an upcoming celebrity tournament in the US.The basketball icon is one of 85 famous faces performing at the American Century Championship (ACC), which is being held in Lake Tahoe, Chicago SBNation reports.
Jordan will be hoping to put in a good showing at the fundraiser, as he is usually ranked among the top 40 golfing celebs and shoots from a handicap of around or just beneath five.
He is ranked at 40/1 to win the ACC crown this time around, but is likely to face tough competition from talented players such as Tony Romo, Billy Joe Tolliver and Rick Rhoden.
Last year, Jordan finished in 22nd place, but his best performance saw him end play as high as ninth on the leaderboard.
As well as being known for his prowess on the basketball court - most famously for the Chicago Bulls - Jordan also tried his hand at acting with a role in the 1996 film Space Jam.
