No golf clothing worn by Cole at the driving range

No golf clothing worn by Cole at the driving rangeA distinct lack of golf clothing was apparent on footballer Ashley Cole as he practiced his swing at a local driving range.

The Sun reports that the Chelsea star turned up to a local bay to fit in some training on his shots wearing a t-shirt.

Instead of golf apparel, the England defender was pictured with a gun motif on his attire, which the publication noted comes "just days" after he was embroiled in controversy.

It recounted how Cole accidentally shot work experience student Tom Cowan with an air rifle after forgetting the firearm was loaded in the dressing room at Chelsea's training ground in Cobham.

Forsaking golf clothing, the 30-year-old also sported a baseball cap at the driving range.

A recent Sabotage Times post claimed Cole should be loved for his role as England's "greatest left back of the modern era" and claimed the defender would be the popular choice to mark Ronaldo in a World Cup.
