Individuals planning a round of golf may want to take their time when choosing the colour of the golf apparel - especially as the temperature rises over the summer months.Adam Scott has admitted he made a mistake when sporting all black golf clothing on a particularly hot day in Ohio at Firestone Country Club, the Brownsville Herald reports.
The player - who lists the Sunshine Coast, Crans Switzerland, Morocco and the Maldives among his favourite places - is unlikely to do the same again at the PGA Championship in Atlanta, however, after noting: "It was poor planning out of the suitcase."
Luke Donald, currently ranked the world's number one player, said he will be taking the weather into account when selecting his golf apparel for the PGA match, adding: "Hopefully I'll be wearing white every day. Yeah, it's going to be hot and sticky and [I'll] get ready to sweat."
