Two charities are to benefit when Samuel L Jackson takes to the course in golf apparel for a celebrity fundraiser.

Samuel L Jackson is likely to sport golf apparel when he hosts an upcoming celebrity event in London.The Hollywood star - who has appeared in blockbusters such as Pulp Fiction and Coach Carter - will compere the Shooting Stars Benefit Dinner at Wentworth Golf Course, which is to be followed by a two-round tournament, Contact Music reports.
The event is to take place on August 11th and will also feature a celebratory ball and auction, with money raised from the shindig being donated to two charities - the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Samuel L Jackson Foundation.
Although the line-up for this year's competition has not been released, it is likely that a number of high-profile stars will be wearing golf apparel for the event, as previous players include rocker Alice Cooper and Harry Potter performer Rupert Grint.
And it appears a number of Hollywood A-listers are currently enjoying their time on the fairways, as The Fighter actor Mark Wahlberg recently played in the Mark Wahlberg Celebrity Golf Tournament, Cape Cod Today reported.
