Amateurs considering taking a golfing break abroad have been advised to ensure they pack a variety of golf apparel before heading off.Tips on what to wear while abroad were recently issued by Suds, the founder of independent design collective PimpMyClothes.
He claimed that the crucial factor in deciding what golf clothing to opt for is to plan in advance and explained a vital step to preparing for extended stays overseas is versatility.
"The key to a successful capsule holiday wardrobe is being able to have a wide selection of looks at your disposal; so, take clothes which you can perfectly mix and match and don't be afraid to ditch style for comfort," said Suds.
He went on to claim that he opts for a wide array of clothes when heading to foreign countries, as this allows him to transform an outfit with a few small adjustments.
The fashion expert's comments come after research by Thomas Cook found that 30 per cent of people in the UK have still yet to book their summer holiday.
