Junior players have been warned to ensure they wear appropriate golf clothing when they turn up for practice.The Estes Park Trail Gazette recently reported on the Estes Park girls team, who are due to start their season next Monday (February 28th 2011).
It reiterated an appeal from the group, who are seeking more members interested in learning about the sport.
Coaches Dale Berg and Marianne Casey have encouraged youngsters to sign up for the club but warned that the right sort of golf apparel will need to be worn.
"When you come to practice on Monday, make sure to wear appropriate clothing for the weather and bring your clubs and your gray athletic card if you haven't participated on a sport already this year," said the publication.
Prospective members of the team could find inspiration for their golf apparel choices at a forthcoming industry event after WFRV-TV recently reported on a forthcoming industry expo, being held in Wisconsin.
