Females now have much more options in terms of golf clothing when they head to the tee box than they used to.

When it comes to women's golf clothing, there has not been the abundance of options that men have been able to rely upon. While certain golfers - John Daly, Rickie Fowler and Ian Poulter for example - like to bring their own taste into their apparel, others opt for the basic shirt and trouser combination.
However, for years ladies had to make do with limited choices.
With players such as Michelle Wie raising the notoriety of the female game, Hannecke Reinholz, managing director at Women's Golf Middle East, told the Gulf News that style has finally met substance.
"We no longer need to choose between fashion and function as many golf clothing lines continue to bridge the gap between performance and style," she added.
Ms Reinholz stated that within the game, the best way that ladies can express themselves is through their attire, which could rub off on their performance levels in the course.
