Golf clothing has been won by one amateur.

An amateur has won a golf clothing prize for his suggestions regarding improvements to Spanish courses.Round Town News reports that El Plantio was recently voted the favourite course by members of RTN Golf club, who were polled on the top venues ion Spain's Mediterranean coast.
As part of the unique survey, member Bill Fantom was awarded €500 (£435) worth of specialist golf apparel for making the best suggested improvement on courses in the region.
Commenting on the results of the poll, golf correspondent Noel Eastwell claimed the findings would prompt "friendly rivalry" between venues, in addition to leading to improvements for facilities in the Costas.
"We were overwhelmed with the response our readers have made and we have received some extraordinarily good suggestions about how to improve golf along the coast," he said.
A prize for golf apparel is also set to be offered at the forthcoming Wacky Golf Scramble in Missouri, where players will be awarded for taking to the fairways in the best "redneck" golf clothing, STL Today reports.
