The Shenzhen and Mission Hills Golf Club is a paradise for golfers, it has been claimed.Writing for the San Francisco Chronicle, Cori Brett says that he would prefer to take a golfing holiday in China than in Scotland or Ireland.
Mission Hills opened its first 18-hole golf course 14 years ago and that there are now 12 courses at the site.
The course is famous for its caddie corps, a group of young Chinese girls who follow each golfer around the course and attend to their needs, from fresh golf clothing to golf accessories.
"You want green tees, pink tees, long tees, short tees? SPF 10 or SPF 30? Sure," Mr Brett comments.
The courses at Mission Hills are usually in excellent condition, Mr Brett says - and the site also boasts three club houses for golfers to relax in.
Golf fans may find Mission Hills an ideal place for a relaxing break as well as a golfing holiday, as the site is also home to a spa.
