PGA Tour golfer Dustin Johnson has revealed his golf apparel preferences in a new interview.Speaking to PGA Fashion insider Mike McAllister, aka the Man in the Black Hat, Johnson said that his sponsor only "scripts" his golf clothing for major events and the rest of the time he takes great pride in selecting his attire.
"I like to choose what I wear because you have to look good to play good. I prefer nothing too flashy and like all my clothes pressed, no wrinkles," he remarked.
He went on to state that his usual plan is simply to pack a "bunch" of golf clothing in his suitcase and mix and match as the event progresses.
Johnson also revealed that he has the power to veto attire picks from his sponsor, which keeps him "hooked up" with a range of styles and colours.
