Ross fisher showed some promising play at GleneaglesRoss Fisher has got off to a great start on the second day of Gleneagles while displaying some attractive golf apparel.

He sported a pink golf shirt with white trim in addition to a matching white belt and golfer's glove.

A pair of black golf trousers completed the outfit for the 29-year-old, who also wore a pair of casual white golf shoes.

After his Ryder Cup place was secured following the results of last week's Czech Open, Fisher displayed some great play with four consecutive birdies from the 14th.

The English golfer, who won the 3 Irish Open at the start of the month, eventually overtook his playing partner Francesco Molinari, who had led until after the turn.

After turning professional in 2004, Fisher joined the European Tour in 2006 obtaining a place via a win in 2005's Challenge Tour. In his first year on the Tour, the Berkshire golfer had managed three top five placings, putting him at 66th on the Order of Merit.
