Golf clothing and other items all part of love of the game

Those who love nothing more than donning their golf apparel and heading to the golf course to tee off also tend to spend money on all the other items which are associated to the game, it has been pointed out.Writing for the Irish Times, Philip Reid noted the amount of items which golf lovers often need to invest in to make sure they are fully equipped to take to the golf course.
"If you golf, you've got to buy golf balls. If you golf, you've got to buy clubs. If you're any way serious about your golf, you've got to spend money," he said.
Money could be spend on golf clothing, tee pegs, golf gloves and training aids, Mr Reid listed.
For the article, Mr Reid asked some movers and shakers in the golf apparel and accessories business to say what have been the most popular golf clubs of this year, with the Cobra S9-1 coming top of the pile for drivers.
Golfer Tiger Woods may be treating himself to some new golf clubs, as he has recently scooped $10 million in the Fed Ex Cup.
