Golf gloves could aid older playersThose who find teeing off more difficult as they get older could find that the right golf accessories help them to perform better on the golf course, it has been noted.

Writing to the Queens Gazetter, "Aching Golfer" asked for advice on equipment which may be beneficial to senior golfers.

In reply, the source's adviser said that for older players who may not be as strong or flexible as they once were, golf can lead to aches and pains.

However, the golfer is told that there are a number of ways in which this could be helped.

Specially-designed golf gloves could help senior players to improve their grip, it is said.

As well as this, softer or bigger grips fitted on to a club could help make the device easier and more comfortable to hold.

Many older golfers could also find course conditions affect their performance, so as well as considering new golf accessories, warm golf apparel could also help them feel more comfortable when teeing off.
