For those with a golf-mad dad, a new golf shirt made of thin material for summer weather may be an ideal buy.
Alternatively, a new set of golf clubs could be a good idea for those wanting to really treat their dad this June.
Golf store manager Kevin Warner told the source that the Saturday before Father's Day is "like a zoo" in his shop.
The most popular golf gifts bought by loving children include golf bags, golf balls and drivers, he said.
Daily Mail writer Craig Brown also points out that golf accessories are a firm feature of Father's Day, which traditionally falls on the third Sunday in June.
