There was a wide range of activities on offer for those who attended the Shell Open, it has been reported.Writing for the Huntsville Item, Frank Krystyniak said that there were a number of things which golf fans attending the open could take part in as well as watching the golf tournament unfold.
On offer was a free ten minute golf lesson, which could have been a good excuse for golf fans to invest in some new items of golf fashion.
As well as this, there was wine tasting to be enjoyed - and golf fashion fans may have been wise to try not to spill any red wine on a white golf shirt.
Items of golf apparel were also on display and sale at the open, including the Ian Poulter golf trousers which are outlandish and only for those who like to make brave choices with their golf fashion choices.
Talking of Poulter, the writer notes: "You can look for the loudest pants on the course and you can't miss him."
A blog on the Orlando Sentinel website recently noted that Poulter wore some distinctive golf clothing in the recent Arnold Palmer Invitational.
