Golf lessons could call for new golf apparel.

Those planning on taking part in a golf tournament in Singapore are being urged to make sure they wear comfortable golf apparel.

According to ScandAsia.com, there are beginners' golf lessons set to take place at the Keppel Club Driving Range, with those planning on donning their golf apparel and attending told to make sure they have the right golf shoes.

The golf lessons are to be taught by golf professional Ibrahim Ali and will begin in April.

In total, the golf lessons will run for five weeks and there will be two days' worth of lessons each week.

"For those who do not have any equipment, necessary golf clubs will be provided by Keppel Club. Gloves can be bought at their shop," notes ScandAsia.com.

Suggested golf apparel for the lessons includes a pique shirt and knee-length capri pants or shorts.
