Golf fashion pundit is 'a huge fan' of Siem's golf clothingA golf fashion pundit has expressed his approval of the attire choices of Marcel Siem.

In a recent article for the Khaki Crusader golf fashion blog, columnist Sean Hotchkiss provided a critique on the pieces worn by several European Tour players.

When speaking about the style of the German player, he hailed his vintage aesthetic, making particular note of the grey check trousers and plum v-neck combination.

"I'm also a huge fan of wool caps on the course – it's such a nice crossover look for a brisk day," Mr Hotchkiss said.

However, one criticism he did make of Siem's golf clothing was his over-use of white.

"I'd sub out the belt for a black one," Mr Hotchkiss added.

The pundit went on to criticise the attire of Rory McIlroy, calling the young player a "sloppy mess" for his poor style choices.

In a previous article for the website, Mr Hotchkiss hailed the "understated" golf apparel of former players Doug Sanders and Jimmy Demaret.
