Golf club members don fashion wear for clothes show.

Golf fashion loving players could be interested to learn of a fashion show which took place at a golf course in the US yesterday (March 26th).

According to Palm Springs community website MyDesert.com, the "informal" fashion show took place at the Indian Canyon Club and Golf Resort, organised by Nancy Whitlock.

Those who donned their golf apparel to go and see the show were treated to a performance from piano player Philip Moody, notes the site.

As well as this, fashion fans were also able to enjoy a lunch served and prepared by local restaurant Leons.

In related golf apparel news, American Idol judge Randy Jackson has appeared on the latest episode of the show wearing a golf sweater in a style more often seen on the golf course.

This week's episode saw contestants singing classic Motown-era songs, with singer Smokey Robinson and Motown Records founder Berry Gordy acting as mentors.
