This year's on-course golf apparel could include bright colours and clothes which are easy to "wash and wear," it has been noted.

Writing on BC Local News, one golf fashion commentator notes that the new colours which should be included in golf clothing this year are lime green, orange, hot pink and turquoise.

As well as bright colours in golf apparel, golfers are also told that this year, grey and white are set to be popular, with those keen to stay on-trend on the golf course urged to stay away from black.

"Trendy golf shoes are white with metallic trim in either gold, silver or bronze," the source also notes.

Golf fans were recently offered advice on how to throw a golf-themed party, with competition for who could wear the most eye-catching golf apparel offered.
