Bradley Dredge has made the golf news this week by churning out a good score in the Commercialbank Qatar Masters and giving some of the top golfers in the world a run for their money. The Welshman goes into the weekend in second place, one shot behind leader Brett Rumford and ahead of world number four Lee Westwood after shooting rounds of 67 and 69 at the Doha Golf Club.
However, despite staying hot on the heels on the leader, he revealed that he was slightly disappointed with the way he played today (January 29th).
"Inconsistency has been an issue," he said.
"But I'm working my best but it was nice to churn out a score."
He explained: "Obviously over the weekend some consistent ball striking would be nice to keep myself in it."
Other top golfers that have donned their golf apparel in the tournament include Sergio Garcia, Paul Lowrie, Alvaro Quiros, Peter Hanson and Charl Schwartzel.
