Golfer and golf apparel brand owner John Daly is a trend-setter on the golf course.

John Daly, one of a select group of golfers known for their interesting and eccentric taste in golf clothing, is a fashionista, it has been claimed.

According to Randy Kindred, writing for Pantagraph.com, noted that Daly has been noted over the years for his taste in golf apparel.

He said that Daly first sported his "wildly coloured" golf clothing from the Loudmouth brand back in February, when he donned his golf apparel to take to the course for the European Tour.

Commenting on specific items of golf clothing which Daly has sported, the writer said that he has previously been seen on the golf course in paisley golf trousers.

These golf fashion items were brightly coloured, Mr Kindred noted.

As well as being known for taking to the course in eye-catching items of golf apparel, John Daly also owns his own golf fashion line.

He won the 1991 PGA Championship after becoming a professional player back in 1987.
