Poulter has praised this year's Ryder Cup golf apparelEuropean 2010 Ryder Cup team member and golf fashion enthusiast Ian Poulter has praised Colin Montgomerie's golf apparel choices for the upcoming tournament.

Writing for the Independent, columnist Brian Viner interviewed Poulter and questioned him on his views of the upcoming event.

Featuring a variety of golf clothing, including knitwear and shirts provided by Glenmuir, Poulter revealed the difficulty he would have faced had the outfits not been to his taste.

"It would be hard for me if I didn't like them, but they look good, conservative but with splashes of colour. Colin and the team have done a … good job," he said.

Poulter went on to state his belief that the rest of his team-mates would also be happy with their assigned golf apparel.

Earlier in the month, golf fashion blogger the Khaki Crusader gave his verdict on the outfits for the US 2010 team, welcoming their "retro" feel and claiming they make a great change from the "abysmal" uniforms worn in previous years.
