Professional golfer Sam White has outlined how much she loves to express herself through golf fashion while on the fairways.

Golf fashion is extremely important for golfers looking to show off their unique personalities while on the course, a Duramed Futures Tour professional has suggested.

The tour aims to prepare the top ladies golfers in the world for a successful career on the LPGA Tour, with LPGA membership being awarded to the top players on each official season money list.

And Sam White - who herself turned pro in 2004 - recently spoke to GolfWeek's Ashleigh Korzack to highlight her love of golf apparel.

She commented: "I love being able to express myself on the course. The game of golf shows so much about a person."

Furthermore, she went on to explain that she often opts for black, white or grey golf apparel - but sometimes with "an occasional accent colour".

Ms White's comments could drive demand for top-of-the-range golf sweaters, waterproofs or trousers, as players increasingly recognise the need for comfortable, fashionable golf clothing.
