Golf apparel is often a major talking point at the Majors, with many players deciding to sport outlandish outfits in an effort to stand out from the crowd.Yet Ryan Moore appears to be going against this trend by wearing golf clothing of a more informal nature.
ESPN reports that the competitor teed off his British Open campaign in a hooded top - an item commonly associated with young people in 'broken Britain'.
Moore appeared to make little effort with his choice of attire at Royal St George's, teaming his striped sweater with a cap.
The website noted the player's golf clothing is often a talking point, as he is known for turning up to courses in shirt and tie - a look he appears to have abandoned during his visit to Ramsgate.
Royal St George's Golf Club was established in 1887 after being designed by Dr Laidlaw Purves of the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club.
