Justin showcases cutting edge golf fashion.Pop superstar Justin Timberlake has taken to the golf course sporting golf apparel which the Daily Mail calls "granddad chic".

In a change from his usual laid-back style, Timberlake donned a flat golf cap and diamond-patterned jumper for the tournament, showing his golf fashion credentials.

He was taking part in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am event, which took place in California.

The event has been a fixture on the golf calendar since the 1930s.

Those taking part battle it out for a $6.1 million (£4.2 million) prize which is then donated to charity.

As well as Timberlake, the event attracted other big name stars such as actor Bill Murray, singer Michael Bolton and actor Kevin James.

Murray teed off in an unusual golf apparel item - a Japanese-style silk kimono.

The six-day event is set to run until Sunday (February 15th), with 60 pros and 25 pro-am teams taking to the green.
