Brit Luke Donald was dressed to impress at the Madrid Masters, sporting colourful yet sophisticated golf clothing as he claimed the title. The golfer was pictured holding up the cup and looked stylish in a dark pink-purple striped performance golf shirt with a navy collar, teamed with a white visor.
He beat off competition from Welshman Rhys Davies to take the Madrid Masters trophy and highlighted the importance of the eagle he hit on the 16th hole as particularly pivotal in the win.
"It's been a while since I won and to put last week behind me makes me very proud. The way I played today means a lot to me," Donald explained.
The player will no doubt have plenty of cash for his next trip to buy golf apparel since he walked away with 250,000 (£209,000) from this victory, but he claimed the win is more important than the money.
Next on the European Tour will be the Celtic Manor Wales Open, for which there is a prize pot of £1.8 million.
