Raphael Jacquelin has been praised for his golf fashion sense
Published: 24 March 2011
The golf clothing of Raphael Jacquelin has been hailed by one commentator.Writing for the Khaki Crusader golf fashion blog, columnist Sean Hotchkiss reported on the attire of the French player and recounted being impressed by the gear worn by European tour members in previous seasons.
He claimed Jacquelin epitomises the "nonchalance" of golf clothing worn on the continent.
"He's one of those European Tour guys that is out there every week, looking sharp, not really making a blip on too many radar screens - but with the utmost in street cred," Mr Hotchkiss said.
The pundit went on to claim that the Frenchman also personifies one of his personal favourite aesthetics - that of "dishevelled elegance", stating that the golf fashion efforts of Jacquelin are "quite admirable".
Earlier in the month, Mr Hotchkiss claimed that flared golf trousers are a staple of attire among golfers who play on the continent.
