Glenmuir-sponsored golfer Marjet van der Graaff is set to defend the Comunitat Valenciana European Nations Cup in the brand's golf clothing.

The Ladies European Tour (LET) is hyping up the Comunitat Valenciana European Nations Cup, which is set to take place next month and will see Glenmuir-sponsored Marjet van der Graaff defend her title alongside teammate Christel Boeljon.

Getting underway on April 22nd at La Sella in Denia, Spain, the tournament will see 18 teams represent their countries and compete for the unique event's trophy.

And the Dutch duo of van der Graaff and Boeljon will be hoping for a repeat performance of 2009, when they triumphed by four strokes despite having a lot less experience on the circuit than a number of their rivals.

Van der Graaff, who will turn out in Spain wearing Glenmuir golf apparel, explained why the pair work so well together.

"I know Christel very well," she said, before adding: "We've played a lot of amateur golf together and we've travelled to most of the tournaments last year together. She is a good friend of mine."

As well as sponsoring van der Graaff, Glenmuir is also the European Ryder Cup supplier and partners other top golfers such as Paul Lawrie and Ian Woosnam.
