Golfers who want to continue playing in the cold conditions could find a golf sweater from Glenmuir could be a good buy, as they could keep them warm but be thin enough to not restrict their game.
Ms Evans Graham says: "Another important area to concentrate on during these cold months is strength conditioning."
She points out that exercising core muscles as well as stretching and improving flexibility are all beneficial to people's game.
