Demand for junior golf clothing could increase in SurreyThe introduction of free coaching sessions for youngsters in Surrey last week could lead to a surge in demand for junior golf apparel.

Youngsters between the ages of 11 and 14 years old showed out in force to receive golf lessons ahead of the Surrey Youth Games, according to the Surrey Comet.

This interest in the sport could see golf accessories added to children's wishlists in the area, particularly around the time the sporting event is due to take place - on June 19th and 21st at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford.

There will not only be children in golf clothing at the occasion, as there are plenty of other sports and hobbies set to be showcased, such as cricket, circus skills and dancing.

"The whole point of the P&G Youth Games is to get more young people playing sport, so to see these numbers flocking to the sessions is fantastic," event manager for the festival Linda Jacks told the newspaper.

At the event, the mixed golf sessions will take place on Sunday June 20th.
