Female golfer Michelle Wie is a creative person and this side may come out in a new clothing design venture, it has been said.

Michelle Wie has been praised by her team mates and described as a creative and quirky person.

Reuters reported that Wie's golfing peer Morgan Pressel told reporters gathered at Rich Harvest Farms earlier this week that the golfer is a different person from how she may appear on the course.

Backing up Pressel's view was Cristie Kerr, who noted that Wie has "quite the fashion edge".

"She designs clothing. She's a very talented artist. She's very funny. She's quirky. People are going to get to see the real her this week," she commented.

While no specific mention has been made of a career in golf clothing, Wie could potentially end up joining the likes of Ian Poulter and John Daly and launching her own golf apparel line.

Reuters commented that Wie is also lucky to have the looks of a catwalk model and is one of the richest female golfers in the sport.
