A female golf tournament could be the perfect reason for ladies to indulge their interest in golf fashion.

A golf tournament specifically for lady golfers is set to take place in Huddersfield next month, it has been announced.

The Huddersfield Examiner reports that the Halifax Ladies Golf Festival will this year be held at West End, from August 10th to the 12th.

Those planning on attending the festival could find that some cool new golf fashion items are a good buy before taking to the course.

As well as this, a golf hat or visor could be useful to shield players from the glare of the August sun.

Golf fans keen to don their golf apparel and watch the golf fashion-clad ladies tee off can still buy tickets for the event, the newspaper points out.

Any club member with a handicap can take part in the event.
