Bill Murray can often be found in Pro-Am charity tournaments sporting golf fashion and has used his sporting ability in a number of films as well.

Comedy megastar Bill Murray is well known for wearing golf clothing both on and off the silver screen, according to one source.

Online portal NESN highlighted his roles in Space Jam and Caddyshack as two examples of films when Murray has appeared in golf apparel.

While the former received mixed reviews, the latter is widely seen as one of his break-out parts, when he shared the screen with fellow comedy legends Rodney Dangerfield and Chevy Chase.

In the film, Murray's Character fantasises about becoming a pro: "Cinderella story. Outta nowhere. A former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters champion. It looks like a mirac... It's in the hole! It's in the hole! It's in the hole!"

But NESN highlighted how it is not just on the screen that the actor enjoys sporting golf fashion, since he has also been known to play in Pro-Am charity events and hit the links alongside established names.
