Leading golf apparel company Glenmuir is due to provide clothing to the Golf Foundation this year, it has been reported.

Leading golf apparel brand Glenmuir is to provide clothing for the Golf Foundation staff for 2009, it has been reported.The company will provide garments for members of the charitable organisation as they continue their efforts to foster grass roots participation in the sport at schools, community groups and golf clubs.
Additionally, they will wear golf apparel provided by Glenmuir as they promote the organisation's work at a number of key events in the sporting calendar, including the Open Championship.
Commenting on the move, marketing director at Glenmuir Andy Bough said: "The entire Glenmuir team is proud to be associated with an organisation that makes the game more accessible to children from all backgrounds and abilities."
Mike Round, chief executive of the Golf Foundation, which traces its history back to 1951, added the Glenmuir team is "extremely supportive" of the body's work and they are glad that the collaboration is ongoing.
