Individuals lucky enough to play the Makena Golf Course in Hawaii will get the chance to peruse the new golf shop afterwards.

Individuals who have a keen eye for golf sweaters may find exactly what they are looking for in the newly-refurbished store.

According to Landmark Hotels Group, which runs the premises, "the Makena Pro Shop has also been remodelled and showcases popular lines of apparel, equipment and golf accessories from the country's top manufacturers".

As well as these improvements, extensive work has been carried out on the golf course itself to bring it back to the standards it had when it first opened some 25 years ago.

It comes after Steve Parry offered advertising space on his golf shirt at the BMW PGA Championship.

He told CB Sport that he hopes regional companies will take advantage of the opportunity to get their organisation's name out there and sponsor him.
