Tiger Woods is preparing to defend his Australian Masters title.

Recently-deposed former world number one golfer Tiger Woods has told reporters he is relatively upbeat about his prospects of retaining his last remaining title, the Australian Masters, this week. The Californian is expected to sport his distinctive black-and-red golf apparel combination on the fairways of Victoria Golf Club and spectators have been warned they face ejection if their heckling of Woods oversteps the mark.
"I've got a pretty good chance of winning events if I play the way I know I can play. I put together a really good round at the Ryder Cup on the Monday," Woods explained. "I'm hitting the ball much further than I used to."
However, the 34-year-old admitted he is yet to return to the form which saw him dominate the sport for well over a decade and expressed a desire to start winning contests once again.
Last month, the Stanford Daily cheekily suggested that revellers should throw on some Woods-style golf fashion to go trick or treating on Halloween.
